I think it is important to keep you body in shape! So many people are over weight or obese these days, and we all know that you do not want to become one of those people which other people call a lazy slob. It is not hard to keep to a balanced diet and small exercise regime, it can be cheap and easy if you do it right... after all you and me both know that you want to look hot in a tiny dress on a night out!

The British populations obesity rate has been on the increase for the past ten years as these statistics show: in 1993 13% of men were obese and 16% of women were obese. In 2011 these statistics rose to 24% of men being obese and 26% of women. These statics came with some serious implications, over half of the people recorded as obese had high blood pressure. In 2011-12 11,736 people were admitted to hospital due to obesity. This was 11 times higher then 2001-02.
