this is the text that i will be putting in my breakout box.
this is a short fitness plan to get rid of saddle bags, this will go at the bottom of my double page spread on the same side as my photo.

Saddle bags:
This is the extra weight that is being carried
on the hips and outer thighs. This can be caused by a poor diet, stress,
hormonal imbalances, and toxins.
THE CURE:
A good quality diet and regular exercise is the
best thing for getting rid of saddle bag fat. The following exercises will help
to reduce unwanted fatty deposits in the hips and outer thighs.
Cardiovascular
training exercises:
Power walking, hill sprints, cycling and Thai boxing
are very beneficial for burning un wanted fat.
Side-lying
hip abduction: (also known as side leg lifts)
1. Start
by lying on your side with hips stacked
and raise your legs as high as it will go without letting your hips role
back
2. As
you get stronger you can rest a dumbbell on your thigh or use ankle weights to
increase tension.
Side lunges: these strengthen your abductors as well as challenging
your core
1. Standing
with legs shoulder width apart, step the right foot out to the side. Once the
foot is planted on the floor flex the hip and knee shifting your weight over to
your right foot.
2. Push
your weight back up, shifting the foot back to the start position.
3. Repeat
with the left foot.
